Directions
Dr. Panzica is centrally located between Routes 4 & 17 in Paramus at:
11 South Farview Ave
Paramus, NJ

From Route 17 Northbound: Exit at Farview Ave. (just before Route 4 ). Bear right onto Farview. #11 will be on your left at the next light. Turn left onto Maple Ave. for pkg. lot.
From Route 17 Southbound: Exit onto Route 4 East. At first exit, bear right onto Spring Valley Road. At first light, make a right onto Spring Valley Avenue. Go to end. Office will be right in front of you. Make a left onto Farview Ave., and then an immediate right.
From Route 4 Westbound: Exit onto Spring Valley Road. Make first right to cross over Route 4. At stop sign, make a left to stay on Spring Valley Road (south). At first light, make a right onto Spring Valley Ave. Go to end. See above.
From Route 4 Eastbound: See Route 17 Southbound above.
